Carbon stitching machine with 34 fibers

Within three months EBtech developed a carbon stitching machine with 34 carbon fibers. A special stitching method was developed which leaves the filaments of the fibers undamaged. 

After the stitching process two carbon layers are added to the carbon fiber enforced panels by a pultrusion process.
