Gelcoat Mix-monitor for a spray robot

This system is connected to a spray robot and continuously measures the mixing ratio of gelcoat and peroxide (hardener). When a ratio outside the desired range is detected, an alarm is triggered. Additionally, a potential-free contact can send a signal to the robot controller, which can then take appropriate action.

The system is suitable for four different gelcoat types (colors) and consists of a control cabinet and a sensor module.
