Machine for processing thin metal foil

The machine developed by EBtech is capable of cutting thin metal foil in width and in length, where after the strips are being transported by a vacuüm-clamping-system and are attached on two strokes of tape that are rolled up on a creal.

Mainly the system consists of new concepts and components but because the machine was built low-cost and in a short period of time some existing parts have been integrated in the system. The machine is controlled by a Siemens PLC.
